1. How long do you take to process an order?

Our processing times refer solely to production, which could vary from 1 - 12 business days.  Please refer to each individual product order page for processing times.  Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Local delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day for your zone (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. 

2.  How do you classify order processing?

Processing time starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given.  Orders that complete after 5:00PM may not be available for shipping, pick up or local delivery until the following business day.

3.  Can I change my artwork once it has been approved and is in production?

No artwork or file changes will be accepted once your artwork has been uploaded and approved for production.

4.  How does pick up in store work?

Some items are available for store pick up please check on the order page if it is available. After you select your pick up location, date and time, you'll check out like normal. You will also receive email updates with pick up information once the order is ready.

5.  How does local delivery work?

We use a local carrier service to complete local deliveries. Some items are available for local delivery (extra charge) please check on the order page if the particular item qualifies. After you select your delivery address, date and time, you'll check out like normal.  You will also receive email updates with delivery information.

6. Do you have cut-off times for orders?

Yes, cut-off times are 3pm (Central Time) in order for processing to start the next business day.
